NESAL is BACK! 

Season’s greetings!

Attached is the first draft of the proposal for the NESAL – Marvel Rivals Tournament 2025. Below is an outline of the planned tournament structure:

Tournament Schedule

• Season 1: January – February 2025 (Online Play)
• Season 2: March – June 2025 (Online Play)
• Season 3: August – September 2025 (Online Play)
• Season 4 – Finals: Live event at GeekFestival (Dates TBA)

Game Lineup

We have decided to feature three main games for 2025:

• Marvel Rivals
• Fortnite
• Rocket League

Board & War Games

• Magic: The Gathering (MTG) – 2025 Standard (up to Thunder Junction and beyond)
• Magic: The Gathering (MTG) Commander – up to Thunder Junction and beyond
• Warhammer 40K
• Catan
• Chess

These tournaments will primarily cater to players aged 13+, with some exceptions for participants as young as 9+. It is essential for GO to approach this initiative as part of extracurricular activities for schools and universities.
