Event Fees

Pre-booking helps while stocks last (only visitors pass has no limit) , You can buy tickets at the event if there is ticket availability

• R50.00 For Cosplay Entry Pass + “Scavenger hunt” + “Visitor Entry Pass”, inclusive
• R100.00 For Dungeon & Dragons Pass for 1 session pass+ “1 day Visitor Entry Pass inclusive” + (lucky draw entry inclusive) per person charge (limited tickets)
• R250.00 For NESAL Tournament & LAN pass entry from (25 to 28 April)
• R20.00 For “Visitor Entry Pass” (mandatory) visitor ticket valid for the entire event. Ticket grants you entry to lucky draws

What do you need to enter as visitor at the event?

• Any of the Pass tickets will grant you access to the event from 25 to 28 April.

Can I access the LAN or NESAL tournaments with other tickets?

• NO , players need to purchase a NESAL Tournament & LAN pass

What does the Visitor Entry Pass give me access to?

• Ticket holders, can entre venue the remainder of the event duration without paying again for entry
• Ticket holders can play tabletop and MTG tournaments
• Free entry for kids under the age of 10.

Is the venue pet friendly?

• Yes , bring your pet and cosplay him/her and win a prize!

Will camping allowed this year?

• No, Camping you have to book with the Glentana Camping/ Caravan park or B&B`s if you want to stay close to the action.

Will there be security ?

• As always yes. Visitors need to sign in and book a pass to entre the venue. No one is allowed to enter venue with out a pass.

Will there be food?

• Hell , YEAH! More food and snacks then ever before. You can also pick up a slayer energy drink (best in SA sugar free booster drink for the “sweatlords”).

What time shopping starts?

• 9am venue opens every day and closes at 9pm
• LAN gamers can overnight but we suggest that they can get some rest,
• Shopping vendors Close at 5pm

Is the internet fast?

• Yes , powered by “Ring A Nerd” for optimal speed and security our back end is supported by “Frogfoot Fibre”

For Lan what do I need to bring?

• Your gaming device (PC or Console) , Screen , Multiplug and Gaming gear such as controllers ,headphones, keyboards and mice. Cash for food and geek shopping.
• You don’t need a Lan cable or power points or leads ( we provide those facilities for you) you can setup anywhere in the gaming hall (a table and soft chair will be provided).

Should we pack up after venue closes?

• Preferred yes, you can setup every morning at 9am
• You can leave your gear at venue , there will be overnight security

What are the activities at the event?

• “Squid Game” themed , Cosplay competition & Scavenger hunt. You dress yourself in the coolest cosplay outfits you can dream up, & take part in the GO – Squid Games at the venue in your cosplay outfit to win prizes and get judged for you creations.
