Who are we funding?
We are funding a selected member of GO for a specific cause. A Bio will be created and posted to talk about the cause in detail. GO will also fund very specific groups and organizations with the following cause in the form of cash donations out of the GO – Fund such as; mental health awareness campaigns, cancer campaigns for geeks & make a wish campaign within South Africa as the first choice, and thereafter internationally.
How does GO benefit from the Fund?
We don’t benefit from the fund. We do not take any commission or charge admin fees. We directly do payouts via EFT to case holders’ personal South African Bank accounts after the donation period has concluded via a set date of the campaign provided by the case holder.
How to sign up for a Campaign?
Email your campaign bio and details to any of the GO team members with the title “GO –FUND registration”. Also, attach one Bio artwork picture for the header of your bio which will appear on the website when we are ready to post. We will provide you with a link to share on your social media platforms to self-promote your campaign. Please note we do not accept any campaigns and we will sort who, what and where we want to run a campaign for you. The campaign needs to be part of the Geekgrid and have our company’s interest at heart with how our brand appeals to the public. When your campaign bio is accepted to be listed you will receive a GO-related artwork, a website link & instructions on where we want you to post, and what you should post related to your campaign.
How do we donate?
A Yoco payment link will be provided. You just do a card donation on the secure Yoco payment page as exclusively provided by the donation page on the Game Over website. Please use the case number at the top of each bio starting with a (#) as a reference. You can choose which case you would like to donate to. Just provide the hash number as a reference when a payment is made.
Important: Only make donations from the click link provided on the Game Over website. Do not use other third-party links.
